R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Gulf Building and Loan Company of Beaumont has
tendered an easement to the City of Beaumont for utility purposes
across property owned by it and situated in Jefferson County, Texas,
said easement being dated April 20, 1972; and,
WHEREAS, H. A. Lord and wife, Melva I. Lord, have
tendered an easement to the City of Beaumont for utility purposes
only across property owned by them and situated in Jefferson County,
Texas, said easement being dated October 5, 1971; and,
WHEREAS, Gulf Building & Loan Co. has tendered an ease-
ment to the City of Beaumont for general utility and drainage
purposes only across property owned by it and situated in Jeffer-
son County, Texas, said easement being dated December 31, 1971;
and,
WHEREAS, Gulf Building and Loan Company has tendered an
easement to the City of Beaumont for utility purposes only across
property owned by it and situated in Jefferson County, Texas,
said easement being dated September 29, 1971; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purposes of
said easements and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said
easements for said purposes is necessary and desirable and that
same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That said easements tendered by the above-named persons and companies
to the City of Beaumont be, and the same are hereby, in all things
accepted.
