R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and H. B. Neild and
Sons, Inc. executed a certain Contract on January 24, 1972,
for the construction.of rest rooms at Fair Park, at the
total contract price of $16,150; and,
WHEREAS, the authorized representatives of the Parks
and Recreation and Engineering Departments have inspected
the work and recommends its acceptance and final payment to
the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion
of the aforesaid Contract and that the City Controller, or his
designee, be and he is hereby authorized to pay the sum of
$16,150 to H. B. Neild and Sons, Inc. as full and final
payment on said Contract.
