A R E S'O L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on May 9, 1972, for
repairing one (1) 1967 Model 955-K Caterpillar Loader for
the Street Department; and,
WHEREAS, Mustang Tractor & Equipment Company submitted
a bid for repairing said 1967 Model 955-K Caterpillar Loader,
which was the only bid received; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Mustang Tractor & Equipment Company should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Mustang Tractor & Equipment Company in the
amount of $3,350.35 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the J6 day of
