A R 'E S 0 LUT I O N
WHEREAS, on February 29, 1972, the automatic trans-
mission on a front loader truck assigned to the Solid Waste
Department was rendered inoperable; and,
WHEREAS, the City had the truck repaired at an
estimated cost of $700.00; and,
WHEREAS, the final cost of repairs exceeded the
estimate for a total cost of $1,105.93;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to expend
the sum of $1,105.93 for repairs to said vehicle.
PASSED by the City Council this the -�`�ll day of
1972.
