A RE SOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
make application to the Criminal Justice Council for second
year funding for the Regional Police Legal Advisor; and be
it further resolved by the City Council of the City of
Beaumont that the City agrees to abide by all conditions of
grant application, and be it further resolved by the.City
Council of the City of Beaumont that the City of Beaumont
agrees to provide matching in-kind services as provided in
said grant application.
PASSED by the City Council this the o2 day of
