AR E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
make application to the Criminal Justice Council for second
year funding for the Mobile On -Duty Electronic Learning
Project for the Beaumont Police Department; and be it further
resolved :.by: the City Council of the City of Beaumont that
the City agrees to abide by all conditions of grant applica.-
tion, and be it further resolved by the City Council of the
City of Beaumont that the City of Beaumont agrees to provide
matching in-kind services as provided in said grant application.
