A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That in compliance with Section 28-4 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Beaumont, Texas, there is hereby appointed a
Plumbing Board of Review. The Plumbing Board of Review shall
be composed of five (5) members, four (4) of whom shall be
appointed at this time. Three (3) members shall be appointed
for a term of two (2) years, these members are as follows:
Tommy G. Warren, Wallace Watson and Charles Bullock. One
member shall be appointed for a term of one (1) year, his
name is as follows: Elsworth C. Sperling. The members of the
Plumbing Board of Review shall serve without remuneration and
shall choose its chairman and vice-chairman from among its
members.
PASSED by the City Council this the J114 - day of
1972.
