A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the developers of Western Hills Unit III
Addition, Lots 30 thru 42, Block 3 and Lots 3 thru 21, Block
4, have.completed the street, drainage, water line, and san-
itary sewer improvements serving said addition; the improve-
ments on Tallpine consist of six inch (6") reinforced
concrete pavement, twenty-seven feet (27') in width and
twenty-four feet (24') in width on'Western Trail; and the
developers of said addition are desirous of having these
improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said impro-
vements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and
the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer
improvements, as above described in Western Hills Unit III
Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted by The City of
Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the said
City.
