A R E S O ,L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of March, 1972, The City of
Beaumont, Texas, filed with the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas,
one certain lien in the amount of $37. 50, including all costs of recording,
covering Tract 2, Plat B-12 (I acre), J. W, BULLOCK SURVEY to the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, which said lien is recorded
in the M & L Records of said County in Volume 1424 at Page 46; and
WHEREAS, ANNIE LEE HEBERT, ELODIE HEBERT LANGHAM,
MARY LOU HEBERT GREEN and HELEN HEBERT TRAVIS, the owners of
said property, desires to pay to the City of Beaumont the money repre-
sented by said lien and have same released to them;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT;
That KEN RITTER, Mayor, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute
and deliver to the said ANNIE LEE HEBERT, ELODIE HEBERT LANGHAM,
MARY LOU HEBERT GREEN and HELEN HEBERT TRAVIS, a release of
the above described lien, for and in consideration of the sum of $37.50,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont
thereto.

Texas, one certain lien in the amount of $37.50, covering the herein
after described tract of land in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, which said lien is recorded in the M & L Records of said County
in Volume 1424 at Page 46; and
WHEREAS, ANNIE LEE HEBERT, ELODIE HEBERT
LANGHAM, MARY LOU HEBERT GREEN and HELEN HEBERT, TRAVIS
are the owners of said hereinafter described tract of land, the true de-
scription of which is as follows, to -wit:
Tract 2, Plat B-12 (1 acre), J. W. BULLOCK
SURVEY to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the full and
final. payment of the money represented by said lien, The City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas., acting by its duly elected and qualified Mayor,
does hereby RELEASE and QUITCLAIM unto ANNIE LEE HEBERT, ELODIE
HEBERT LANGHAM, MARY LOU HEBERT GREEN and HELEN HEBERT
TRAVIS all right, title, interest and estate in the above described property
which it may have as the owner and holder of said above described lien.
