A R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of October, 1969, The City of
Beaumont, Texas, filed with the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas,
one certain lien in the amount of $10. 50, including all costs of recording;,
covering Lot No.
FIVE (5), Block No. EIGHTEEN (18)-
in the
BEL AIR
ADDITION to the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas,
which said
lien is recorded in the M & L Records of said County in Volume 1337 at
Page 159; and
WHEREAS, COLONEL WILLIAM A. WALKER, the owner of
said property, desires to pay to the City of Beaumont the money repre-
sented by said lien and have same released to them;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT;
That KEN RITTER, Mayor, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute
and deliver to the said COLONEL WILLIAM A. WALKER, a release of
the above described lien, for and in consideration of the sum of $10. 50,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont
the r eto.
