A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the developers of Manion Oaks Section 2
Addition, Lots 6 through 11, Block 2; Lots 3 through 15, Block
3; and, Lots 2 through.9, Block 4, have completed the street,
drainage, water line and sanitary sewer improvements serving
said addition; the improvements on Avenue of the Oaks consist
of five inch (5") reinforced concrete pavement with six inch
(611) integral concrete curb, twenty-seven feet (27') in width,
back of curb to back of curb; and the developers of said
addition are desirous of having these improvements accepted
and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said
improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance;
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage, water line and sanitary sewer
improvements serving Manion Oaks Section 2 Addition as above
described be, and the same are, hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the said
City.
