A RES O L U T .I O N
WHEREAS, the developers of Manion Place First
Addition, Lots 1 through 4, Block 5 and Lots 1 through 4,
Block 6, have completed the street, drainage, water line and
sanitary sewer improvements serving said addition; the
improvements on Longmeadow Drive consist of five inch (5")
l
reinforced concrete pavement with six inch (6") integral
concrete curb, twenty-seven feet (27') in width, back of
curb to back of curb; and the developers of said addition
are desirous of having these improvements accepted and
maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City engineer recommends that said
improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance;
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer
improvements, as above described in Manion Place First Addition,
be and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, -.
and shall be continuously maintained by the said City.
