A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has received a grant
from the United States Department of Labor to conduct a Public
Service Careers Project to hire and train fifty-seven (57)
disadvantaged persons and to up grade fifty-seven (57) present
employees; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that Plannet
Associates Limited should be employed to provide technical
and support services to the City in planning and operating
the Public Service Careers Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT":.
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to
execute an agreement employing Plannet Associa.tes Limited to
provide technical and support services to the City in planning
and operating a Public Service Careers Project; and that the
City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest the same and to
affix the Seal of the City thereto.
