A RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City received bids on April 11, 1972,
for furnishing 5,000 copies of the City Charter; and,
WHEREAS, Becker Printing Company submitted a bid for
furnishing 5,000 copies of the City Charter; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Becker Printing Company is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Becker Printing Company in the amount of
$1,974.95 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the /Xrk day of
1972.
