A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City received bids on April 11, 1972,
for furnishing fourteen (14) garbage containers for the Solid
Waste Department; and,
WHEREAS, Cleburne Truck and Body Sales, Inc. submitted
a bid for furnishing said fourteen -(14) garbage containers; and,
WHEREAS, the'City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Cleburne Truck and Body Sales, Inc. is the
lowest and bestbid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Cleburne Truck and Body Sales, Inc. in the amount
of $3,234.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the % day of
