A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, an 18 inch sanitary sewer line in the vicinity
of North Circuit, Howell, Wa.de, and Clinton Streets has deteri-
orated -to such extent that it must be repaired immediately;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that such
repairs constitute an emergency and that the _City cannot don -
form with formal bidding requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City purchase from Naylor Pipe Cleaning Company pipe
at $9.27 per foot for the repairs to said sanitary sewer line
and that the City retain Naylor Pipe Cleaning Company to do
certain work in connection therewith at the rate of $40.00
per hour, at a total estimated cost for pipe, equipment and
service of $8,376.00.
