A RESOLUT ION
WHEREAS, the City received bids on February 15, 1972,
for furnishing head support brackets for the Traffic and
Transportation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Downing Manufacturing Company submitted a
bid for furnishing said head support brackets; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Downing Manufacturing Company is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Downing Manufacturing Company in the amount of
$3,375.00.be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the 114 day of
