A RE SOLUTION
. WHEREAS, the City received bids on February 15, 1972,
for furnishing mast arm hangers for the Traffic and Trans-
portation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Downing Manufacturing Company submitted a bid
for furnishing such mast arm hangers; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Downing Manufacturing Company is the best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Downing Manufacturing Company in the amount of
$1;627.50 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
