A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, the City received bids on February 15, 1972,
for furnishing U -Bolt Clamps for the Traffic and Transportation
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Econolite Company submitted a bid for furnish-
ing said U -Bolt Clamps; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Econolite Company is the best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Econolite Company in the amount of $1,150.80 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
