WHEREAS, it is necessary to relocate and encase approximately
200 feet of 6 inch water line belonging to the City of Beaumont
to permit construction of an.intersection'at FM 3120 and State
Highway 105; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that said
relocation and encasement constitutes an emergency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY.COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager, or his designee, be and he is hereby
authorized to expend the sum of $1,500.00 to relocate.a-nd encase
approximately 200 feet of 6 inch water line to permit construc-
tion of an intersection at FM 3120 and State Highway 105.

April, 1972.
