ARE SOLUTION
BE- IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute a
deed conveying a certain tract out of the J. W. Bullock Survey
to Percy Simon and wife, Lucille Simon in exchange for the sum
of $1,741.58, which said property was acquired by the City of
Beaumont, the South Park Independent School District and the
County of Jefferson, at a sheriff's sale for delinquent taxes;
and that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized to
attest the same and to affix the seal of the City thereto.
