A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Council of the City of Beaumont hereby
requests financial assistance from the State 'of Texas under
prevailing Water Development Funding Practices for improve-
ments to be constructed for the City of Beaumont sanitary
sewer system; and,
Be it further resolved that Charles V. Hill) City
Manager of the City of Beaumont, is hereby authorized to
submit an application for said financial assistance and is
further authorized to represent the City of Beaumont before
the Texas Water Quality Board.
