R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
a Release to Charles Hankston in exchange for $124.84 releasing
all claims by the City of Beaumont against Charles Hankston
arising out of an accident on December 13, 1970, and that the
City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to attest to same
and to affix the seal of the City thereto.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF JEFFERSON
THAT the City of Beaumont, for and in consideration
of the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR AND 84/100 ($124.84)
DOLLARS to it paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby release, acquit and forever discharge Charles Hanksto��n

from an and all claims, actions, demands and damages whichlthe
City.now has or may have on account of property damages result-
ing from an accident which occurred on or about the 13th day
of December, 19701 at Beaumont, Texas. G r
