A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of November, 1971, the
City of Beaumont accepted the bid of International Harvester
as the lowest and best bidder for trucks; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has contractually
agreed to release title to certain vehicles in trade-in to
International Harvester;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That James T. Garrard, City Clerk, be, and he is hereby, authorized
to release titles to the following vehicles to International
Harvester:
1965 International
1956 Chevrolet
1957 Chevrolet
1963 Chevrolet
1963 Chevrolet
1963 Chevrolet
1964 International
1964 International
1967 Ford
1965 International
1968 Chevrolet
Vehicle No. 723
Vehicle No. 168
Vehicle No. 810
Vehicle No. 157
Vehicle No. 176
