A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the acquisition of a strip of land off
the south line of Calder Avenue out of Tract 226 in the
Hezekiah Williams Survey of the City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, is essential to the location, construction,
maintenance and extension of a street to be known as Phelan
Boulevard, and is considered in the best interest of the
City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Legal Depart
