R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids have been received for the employees'
group life, health and hospitalization insurance program; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has -examined the said bid in
consideration of the best interest of its employees and the
citizens of the City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY,OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:.
That the program submitted by the California -Western States
Life Insurance Company be, and the same is hereby, adopted as
the City's employees' group life, health and hospitalization
insurance program, effective April 1, 1972.
PASSED by the City Council this day of r�
