A R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont supplies chlorinated
raw water to Mobil Oil Corporation; and,
WHEREAS, the contract under which the City supplies
said water to Mobil Oil Corporation has expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
in behalf of the City of Beaumont a contract with Mobil Oil
Corporation whereby the City of Beaumont agrees to furnish
chlorinated raw water to Mobil Oil Corporation for a term of
five (5) years 'at a rate of four and one-half cents (42�) per
one thousand (1000) gallons; and the City Clerk is authorized
to attest to same and to affix the seal of the City thereto.

1972.
