R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute an agreement granting to J. W. Jones a license to sell
concessions at various City facilities; and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of
The City of Beaumont thereto.
