A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute
a contract retaining Pitts, Phelps and White to perform architec-
tural services attendant to the demolition and removal work for
the site to be occupied by both the municipal court and police
station and new central library under the Capital Improvements
Program at a cost to the City of $3,450.00; and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to attest to same and to affix the seal of the
City thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
