R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That a public necessity exists for the widening of Folsom,
West Lucas and Crow Road from Eastex Freeway to Crow Road
in the City of Beaumont, and the Legal Department is hereby
directed to commence negotiations for the acquisition of
right-of-way in the area above mentioned in accordance with
more particularized details provided by the City's staff.
PASSED by the City Council this M day of February,
1972.
