A RESOLUT ION
WHEREAS, J. E. Broussard, Jr., Loretta B. Casey,
Bertha B. Roane and husband, J. F. Roane, The Katherine Belle
B. Doyle Testamentary Trust, The Mary Elizabeth B. Donovan
Testamentary -Trust, The Joe Broussard'II Testamentary Trust,
The Estelle B. Schlueter Testamentary Trust, The Annette B.
Steinman Testamentary Trust, The Verena G. Broussard Trust,
Regina B. Wood, Estelle Broussard, Marie B. Weir, Genevieve
B. Dutton and husband, D. F. Dutton, and Ruth B. Polk and
husband, I. D. Polk, have tendered an easement to the City
of Beaumont for sanitary sewer purposes only across property
owned by them in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
said easement being dated October 14, 1971; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose
of said easement and is of the opinion that the acceptance of
said easement for sanitary sewer purposes only is necessary
and desirable and that the same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That said easement tendered by the above named to the City of
Beaumont be and the same is hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED by the City Council this the '/5-r day of
