R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to expend
the approximate sum of $2200.00, which said sum represents one-half
of the cost of burying the Union Texas Petroleum Gas Line in the
vicinity of Calder Avenue and Dowlen Road.
PASSED by the City Council this the /99 day of January,
