A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on January 11, 1972.,
for furnishing 21 staff and council chairs for the seating area
of the City Council Chambers; and,
WHEREAS, Szafir's Office Supplies submitted a bid for
furnishing said 21 staff and council chairs; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Szafir's Office Supplies is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Szafir's Office Supplies in the amount of $3,751.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the � day of January,
1972.
