A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, the City received bids on January 11, 1972,
for furnishing 3 -seat and 4 -seat units for the seating areas of
the City Council Chambers; and,
WHEREAS, Fernons Office Outfitters submitted a bid for
furnishing said 3 -seat and 4 -seat units; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Fernons Office Outfitters is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Fernons Office Outfitters in the amount of
$1,951.60 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the g day of
January, 1972.
