A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on January 4, 1972,
for the construction of rest rooms at'Fair Park in the City of
Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, H. B. Neild and Sons, Inc. submitted a
bid for the construction of rest rooms at Fair Park; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by H. B. Neild and Sons, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of:H. B. Neild and Sons, Inc. in the amount of
$16,150.00 with 75 working days to complete the job be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
