A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of November, 1971, the City
of Beaumont accepted the bid of Kinsel Ford, Inc., as the
lowest and best bidder for automobiles; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has contractually
agreed to release title to certain vehicles in trade-in to
Kinsel Ford, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That James T. Garrard, City Clerk, be,and he is hereby,authorized
to release titles to the following vehicles to Kinsel Ford, Inc.:
