A R E S.0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont is contractually
obligated to pay to the Young Men's Business League annually
1/10th of the total cost of construction of the Y.M.B.L.
Building at the Fair Grounds which 1/10th equals the sum of
Three Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 ($3,500.00) Dollars;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the proper administrative officers be, and they are hereby,
authorized to pay to the Young Men's Business League Three
Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 ($3,500.00) Dollars for the
current year's obligation; and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this L day of January,
1972.
