A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on December 14, 1971
for furnishing reflective street marker hardware for the
Traffic and Transportation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Traffic Supplies, Inc. submitted a bid for
furnishing said reflective street marker hardware; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Traffic Supplies, Inc. is the best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Traffic Supplies, Inc. in the amount of
$4,332.70 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the 1144 day of
January, 1972.
