A R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on December 27, 1971,
for purchasing one (1) air conditioning and heating unit for
the Water Commercial and City Clerk's Office; and,
WHEREAS, Lindy Dennis Air Conditioning Co., Inc.-- —
submitted a bid for furnishing said air conditioning and heat-
ing unit; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Lindy Dennis Air Conditioning Co., Inc. is
the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Lindy Dennis Air Conditioning.Co., Inc. in the
amount of $1,500 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the &/L day of
January, 1972.
