A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont contemplates the con-
struction of a Neighborhood Recreation Building in Rogers
Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a contract for and in behalf of the City of Beaumont with the
architectural firm of Wallace B. Livesay and Tom B. Livesay for
the Neighborhood Recreation Building in Rogers Park; and the
City Clerk is authorized to attest said contract and to affix
the seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
