R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Controller be and he is hereby authorized to pay
the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-five and 04/100
($2,565.04) Dollars to Geo. Hentrich and Jay Garth, Inc. as
the final payment for the widening and paving of Laurel Avenue
between Wren Way and Caldwood Drive pursuant to contract dated
September 22, 1971.
PASSED by the City Council this 28th day of December,
1971.
