BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Controller be and he is hereby authorized to pay
the sum of Two Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-six and 10/100
($2,366.10) Dollars to Gatlin Asphalt Company which sum repre-
sents total payment for the hardsurfacing of areas at Cottonwood
Park and Haynes Park.
PASSED by the City Council this 28th day of December,
1971.
