BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:-
That the City Controller, or his designee, be and he is
hereby authorized to expend the sum of One Thousand
Three Hundred Seventy and 06/100 ($1,370.06) Dollars for
the purchase of riot equipment for the Police Depart-
ment.
