BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Controller, or'his designee, be and he is
hereby authorized to expend the sum of One Thousand Thirty -
Nine and 45/100 ($1,039.45) Dollars for the purchase of
three hundred (300) copies of Supplement No. 46 to the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Beaumont, Texas.
