A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF'THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Controller, or his designee, be, and he is here-
by authorized to pay the sum of $1,207.03 to Joe M. Nall for
consulting services rendered regarding the Southwestern Bell
Telephone Company rate application, said sum representing the
final payment due for said services.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
