A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the developers of Dowlen West Section V
Addition, Lots 11 thru 18, Block 6; Lots 28 thru 33, Block 7;
Lots 13 thru 15, Block 8; Lots 1 thru 9, Block 10; and Lots
1 thru 5. Block 11, have completed the street, drainage, water
line, and sanitary sewer improvements serving said addition;
and the developers of said addition are desirous of having
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said im-
provements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance;
and the City Council is of the opinion tha.t said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer
improvements serving Dowlen West Section V Addition, Lots 11
thru 18, Block 6; Lots 28 thru 33, Block 7; Lots 13 thru 15,
Block 8; Lots 1 thru 9. Block 10; and Lots 1 thru 5, Block 11,
be and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont
and shall be continuously maintained by the said City.
PASSED by the City Council this the rim day of
December, 1971.
