A R E S 0 L U T'I O N
WHEREAS, the developers of Sheraton Woods Unit II
Addition, Lots 1 thru 8. Block 9 and Lots 1 thru 8, Block 10,
have completed the street, drainage, water line and sanitary
sewer improvements serving said addition; and the developers
of said addition are desirous of having these improvements
accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said im-
provements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance;
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage, water line and sanitary sewer im-
provements serving Sheraton Woods Unit II Addition, Lots 1
thru 8, Block 9 and Lots 1 thru 8, Block 10, be and the same
are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be con-
tinuously maintained by the said City.
PASSED by the City Council this the `inn day of
December, 1971.
