A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, the City received bids on November 30, 1971,
for purchasing one (1) diesel tractor for the Parks and Recreation
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Oil City Tractors submitted a bid for furnish-
ing said diesel tractor; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Oil City Tractors is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Oil City Tractors in the amount of $2,164.48 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of December,
1971.
