A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont held its First Annual
Awards Barbecue on November 19, 1971; and,
WHEREAS, Moncla's Catering Center provided the
barbecue at a cost of $1.50 per plate; and,
WHEREAS, city employees consumed 2,700 plates of
barbecue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Controller, or his designee, be, and he is here-
by, authorized to pay the sum of $4,050.00 to Moncla's Catering
Center for said barbecue.
PASSED by the City Council this the 3�� day of
1971.
