A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to
execute a lease in behalf of the City of Beaumont leasing that
unemproved part of Carroll Street Park extending approximately
400' south of Grant Street and 200' west from Grove Street to
Mobil Oil Corporation for a term of one year beginning on the
3rd day of December, 1971, at a rental of $55.00 per month;
and that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized to
attest the same and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont
thereto.

Dear Mr. Hill:
Your consideration is requested for renewal of the lease between
the City of Beaumont and Mobil Oil Corporation to wit:
That unimproved part of Carroll Street Park extending
approximately 400 feet South of Grant Street and
200 Feet West from Grove Street.
The current lease expires December 3, 1971. Terms, conditions,
and considerations of the current lease are satisfactory for
renewal.
If renewal is agreeable, please execute the attached agreement
and return.
